I have created great freedom in my own life through UK property investment since 2015, learning from property trainers. In my spare time during a year, I built enough profit from property to allow me to leave my job in the city.
As a landlord with over 20 lovely rooms in houses of shared occupation (HMOs) close to London, I have experience in selecting and delivering property investments achieving great returns.
I am fully compliant in line with requirements for sourcing and deal packaging for property. This includes being registered with HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Supervision, being insured for professional indemnity, being a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and being registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). I am also an accredited landlord of the NRLA. As an active member of a number of UK based property communities, I have access to experienced contacts and relationships, to help me provide great tailored solutions to landlords, sellers and qualified investors.
Let me tell you a bit about my background prior to property. I am an Anglo-Swede, with dual nationality, and spent the first part of my life in Stockholm, before moving to London in 1998. I have worked in senior marketing roles for large international corporations and professional services firms, especially in the legal industry. This makes me well placed to help other professionals and lawyers, who want to invest in property, but lack the time or the experience.
In my spare time, I enjoy nature and gardening. I also love singing, making music, reading and spending time with friends and family.
